This is a fun version of what is called in photography, “dragging the shutter”. Essentially it’s just leaving the shutter open while the camera or the object moves, thereby streaking the image or object. In this case, I moved the camera vertically throughout the exposure. I was in a stand of aspens in full fall color. Maybe you get the impression of the gold cast of the leaves and the vertical tree trunks?

Love it! I have played around with this technique too, but mostly zooming in and out, I can rarely get such perfect straight lines, how did you manage that?
