Probably the most famous “resident” of the Bonaventure Cemetery, little Gracie Watson passed away in 1889 after a bout with pneumonia. The rest of her family is buried elsewhere, so left all alone (legend has it) her ghost roams the city around Johnson Square late at night. Presumably to ease her pain, visitors leave stuffed animals and money at her grave. You can see a couple of bills on the grass in this image.
