Passing Through

Bald Eagle

While I was photographing a completely different subject up in Alaska, a motion out of the corner of my eye caught my attention. A bald eagle was flying by and I quickly redirected my camera and managed to squeeze off a couple of shots. It was all over within 2 or 3 seconds. I happened to have the right lens and roughly the right settings on the camera in order to capture it. Sometimes it just works out!
