Eastern Sierra Color

Conway SummitThis year in the Eastern Sierra the trees seemed confused. Many trees at lower altitudes had leaves that were already past their peak of color and turning brown and, at the same time, green leaves that hadn’t begun to turn. Up on Conway Summit, there were trees that had already shed their leaves while others were still in full color. It made for a beautiful contrast!
